Starting with a hearty breakfast, through to a rose-filled boozy lunch, snack and dinner. Why stop entertaining just because Labor Day has passed?! Let’s keep the family BBQs going! You asked for them, and we listened. Here’s some of Tanya’s favorite–and your most requested–recipes from Summer 2017:
Sean’s Veggie Omelet – Served with 4 high-fiber GGs, of course. Feel free to skip, or swap out the cheese and substitute with other vegetables you have on hand. Frozen veggies are easy, but summer’s finest abound, take advantage!
F-Factor’s Famous High-Fiber Pancakes – Good all year round but we couldn’t help but get creative with this fan-favorite this summer. In fact, this basic recipe inspired our newest breakfast obsession….
Fiber Waffles! – My waffle maker quickly became my favorite kitchen gadget this summer. Click here for the Step 1 Approved version of the recipe. On Step 2? These Chocolate Banana waffles are approved for you. Yum!
Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Prepare this crust and top however you please. Turkey pepperoni, mozzarella and basil, pulled chicken –the options are endless!
Blistered Mini Bell Peppers – These are beyond simple to make and present gorgeously. The perfect side dish at your next gathering.
Chinese Chicken Salad – Also known as, “the best salad ever.” Because of the edamame, this salad is considered a Step 2 dish. To make this salad a Step 1 dish, simply leave out the edamame–still delicious and gorgeous either way!

Egg-White Tuna Salad – This one is great paired with GG crackers for afternoon snack. Using egg whites creates more volume and adds protein too.
Garlic Grilled Shrimp – Shrimp is among the leanest of proteins, and the fresh color really pops on the table.
