INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
- 1 cup (8 oz) Malibu Mylk Unsweetened Vanilla Flax Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla 20/20 FIBER/PROTEIN Powder
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
PREPARATIONS:
- Place all ingredients (except shredded coconut) in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
- Pour into glass. Top with 1/2 Tbsp shredded coconut, if desired.
