INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
- 2 scoops Vanilla Shake 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
- 2 small Kirby cucumbers
- 3-4 (6-inch) celery stalks
- 1 cup frozen spinach (or 2 cups fresh + 1 cup ice)
PREPARATIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
