INGREDIENTS (serves 1 – 2 Pieces of French Toast):
- 1 scoop Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
- 2 egg whites in a blender
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 pieces-low carb high fiber bread
- 1/2 banana
OPTIONAL:
- Serve with powdered sugar, berries or high fiber syrup
PREPARATIONS:
- Place egg whites, F-Factor Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder, cinnamon, 1/2 banana in blender and pulse until well combined
- Place liquid mixture in a shallow bowl
- Soak high fiber bread in mixture and repeat with second slice of bread
- Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place French Toast on pan and cook on each side for approximately 1 min, or until golden brown
- Serve immediately and garnish with desired toppings (powder sugar, berries, or high fiber syrup)
