INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened flax milk
  • 1 Tbsp Zen Basil basil seeds
  • 1 cup ice
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
