- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/3 cup raw tahini
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice[/twocol_one]

- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin[/twocol_one_last]
Preparations:
- Wash and dice zucchini.
- Add all ingredients into a mini food chopper. Blend until smooth and creamy! Adjust seasonings to taste.
