Eligible to new clients only, these consults are the perfect opportunity to maximize your F-Factor experience from the safety of your own home. You will gain more knowledge about the program and receive insights into what working with one of our clinically and highly trained Registered Dietitians looks like; the level of nutrition information they provide, the quality of personalized guidance they give, and the amount of motivation and support you will receive every step of the way.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
F-Factor Virtual Nutrition Counseling Consultations are a one-time 45-minute session with an F-Factor RD who will provide guidance and insights for your health/weight maintenance journey. During the session, your RD will get to know you – from your medical/weight history to your lifestyle, and of course your dietary habits. A portion of this time will also be dedicated for you to ask any questions you have about F-Factor and to seek feedback on your journals.
Designed to be the first session of a nutrition counseling package, after the consultation session, you will have the opportunity to move forward with a Start-Up Nutrition Counseling Package with your F-Factor RD.

WHAT: A 45-minute session with the RD of your choice for new clients to begin the F-Factor Program.
WHO: We have three Registered Dietitians who you can sign up with: Maria Stavropoulos, MS, RD, CDN, Samantha Lee Hass, RD, CDN, and Julia Tishman, MS, RD, CDN. To get to know the RDs and find who will be the best fit for you, see below.
WHERE: Wherever you are! These consultations are conducted virtually via your computer, tablet or smartphone.
