INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
- 2 scoops Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen shredded carrots
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
PREPARATIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
