That’s not to say that you want to pitch it all and be a child again. You’ve got grown up tastes now so your reward best not be a virgin one. No more chasing an ice cream truck down the street either, you don’t have to break a sweat to chill out on something sweet and frosty. Just grab a bottle of Bacardi and whip up a batch of Mint Mojito Popsicles. Super-refreshing and easy to make, these low cal treats get the deed done—(80) proof that you can indulge your sweettooth like a kid and get sloshed like an adult all without damaging your diet on which you’ve worked so hard.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Bacardi Light Rum
  • 3 ounces Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups diet sprite
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until mixture is smooth and slushy. Pour slushy mixture into Popsicle molds.
  3. Add Popsicle sticks and freeze for 8 hours.
