Many people think of Palm Restaurant as a steak house, but this upscale chain actually started out with strictly seafood. In fact, when its doors opened in 1926 steak wasn’t even on the menu. If a diner requested it the owner, John Ganzi, would run to a local butcher shop to fulfill the request. Times have changed since 1926, and Mr. Ganzi wouldn’t be able to carry the quantity of steaks they’re serving up at the Palm. Just one Bozzi “Prime” Steak Burger is a whopping 12 ounces. Talk about super-sizing, that’s more than 7 times the meat of a McDonalds hamburger! The Palm doesn’t stop there; they top the jumbo burger with cheese, fried onions, and serve it with a side of fries. This totals up to an 1,870 calorie meal, a full days worth of calories in dinner alone! Say buh-bye to Bozzi, and order off our F-Factor approved menu at Palm Restaurant.
